Deze struikvorm wordt slechts 150-300 cm hoog en breed en heeft dezelfde kleine, gelobde bladeren als de soort, maar in zeer compacte, bolvormige vorm. Plant groeit extreem langzaam en behoudt compacte vorm zonder snoei. Heeft zelfde gele herfstverkleuring als grote vorm maar in miniatuur.
